I went to this tires plus with an issue with my brakes, now, don't get me wrong.The customer service was nice.The manager was nice. But they would not service my car, because I had it covered. By car shield i had my car covered by car shield At another Tires Plus with absolutely no problem but this one does not cover cars that are covered for repair. Now I know this is a franchise and they have a choice to service your car or not Under their rules so this needs you just don't get any service. Bottom line, if your car is covered For repair don't go to this tires plus because they will not service you're a car.

Stopped by yesterday because one tire was low. Super helpful, they topped it off and added a valve stem cover that was lost! Said I needed new tires so I asked if I could come next week, make sure they'll have time to order them. Come to the desk to set everything up and was told they could get me in at 1000 today. Car didn't get pulled in until 1230! It is now 1416 and my vehicle is STILL in the bay with the hood up. When I am told "we can get you in at 1000" that tells me I have an appointment. Not once was I told it would be such a long wait. Watching the shop, it seems there may be some time management and or training issues. Was told at checkout they were 2 employees short. Had I known that when I walked in, I could have arranged to leave it. Will not come back to this location.

I brought in my wife's car today for an oil change and a wheel balancing. I had an appointment for 8 AM. At approximately 8:40, the shop employee Greg, told another customer that no techs had come in and he was trying to get someone. I'm the 40 minutes I had been there past my appointment time, he had not mentioned this. Once the tech finally arrived and my car was finished, I got to the counter to pay. I am a veteran and they have a %10 discount for vets and military. My subtotal before taxes would have been 195.17 which would equal a 19.517 discount so 19.51. I asked about the military discount and he said he had already applied a discount of $15 and could not do another. I suggested in the future to ask customers before arbitrarily doing things like that. He wanted to puff up and get mad about the suggestion. He even said "if it's that important I'll go get you $3 out of my car". That wasn't the point. But the sheer unprofessional attitude of this employee has ensured I will not return to that location as long as he works there. There's my overall review of my experience today.

I would like to share of my awesome customer experience with Rich, Ron & Marcus. These three gentlemen provided excellent service. Each of them were pleasant, treated me with a smile and professionalism. I felt appreciated and trusted my car to their care. I will definitely bring my car back toTires Plus on Tobacco Road again. 😉

I visited the place in the morning, around 8 AM, with one of my vehicle’s tires losing air. Initially, the woman at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful when assisting me, even doubting that my tire was losing air. She then proceeded to create my work order. I waited about 20-30 minutes in the waiting room. Once my vehicle was ‘ready,’ they charged me $20 for the work. So far, everything seemed fine; I ignored how poorly her employee treated me, made my payment, and left. After two hours, I realized that the tire on my vehicle was still losing air. I went back to the place, and indeed, they hadn’t done anything because they didn’t find anything wrong; however, they clearly charged me for everything they ‘did.’ On this second visit, another very kind guy attended to me and even showed me the repair that they had actually done this time.
